301 Endless Yard Sale 2017 Next Weekend

The 301 Endless Yard Sale 2017 is next weekend and starts Friday June 16, 2017! This year it takes place the weekend of June 16-17, 2017. This will be the 5th year for this popular endless yard sale along NC Highway 301. Again this year it is a multiple county yard sale along Highway 301 in North Carolina. Both days have the hours being 7:00am-5:00pm. Many communities in multiple counties along US 301 participate each year from Dunn in the south all the up to to Weldon to the north. Shops, churches, schools, groups, individuals, families and more will be set up along Highway 301 selling items, antiques, collectibles, toys, games, clothing, crafts, furniture and more. Participates set up all along Highway 301 between Roanoke Rapids to Dunn. The 301 Endless Yard Sale 2017 will be over 100 miles beginning in the Johnston County towns of Smithfield, Selma, Kenly, and Benson, and continuing thru Wilson County, Nash County, Halifax County and Harnett Counties.

Participating counties in North Carolina include Halifax, Nash, Wilson, Johnston and Harnett. Over 500 vendors are ready to set up along US Highway 301. Many more vendors each year join in on the fun of selling there wears in this gigantic yard sale event. Many flea markets along the route still have space available! Many sellers will be located along the highway in established visitor sites like Riverside Mill in Weldon, the Tobacco Farm Life Museum in Kenly,and TWM Antiques in Selma, and The Purple Petal in Rocky Mount, NC. Also families, churches and schools along the route will have vendor setups. If you like yard sales, antiques and travel you will love this huge multi-county US 301 Endless Yard Sale!

Shopping this yard sale along the route is really a lot of fun. Last year there were tents along Highway 301 for miles in the two counties of Johnston County and Wilson County. Cars were parked all along the highway with people browsing and shopping. It is a lot of much fun to shop the 301 Endless Yard Sale.

301 Endless Yard Sale 2017 Approaching Fast!

The 301 Endless Yard Sale 2017 will be June 16-17, 2017 from 7:00am till 5:00pm both days. It’s over 100 miles of bargains! This will be the 5th year of this huge and popular endless yard sale along NC Highway 301. The fourth annual 301 Endless Yard Sale 2016 will be held again in eastern North Carolina in June. It happens the weekend of June 17-18, 2016. This huge multi-country yard sale starts on Friday 6/17 and runs through Saturday 6/18 with the hours being from 7:00am-5:00pm both days. The Fayetteville Dogwood Festival This Weekend

The Fayetteville Dogwood Festival is this weekend, April 22-24, 2016. The weather forecast should cooperate bringing warm weather and partly cloudy skies for the three-day event. The festival shows off local and national musicians, artists, arts and crafts vendors and educational resource for children. The festival is a three-day event and takes place annually the 4th weekend in April each year. Head to Fayetteville this weekend for music, free concerts, a street fair, shopping, arts and crafts, food vendors, and much more.

The Fayetteville Dogwood Festival April 22-24, 2016

The streets of downtown Fayetteville turn into a fun-filled place with activities for the entire family to enjoy. Things to do for the children include a carnival, games and rides. Shoppers can walk along the arts and crafts vendor tents up and down the streets of downtown Fayetteville. The Southern Womens Show in Raleigh is at the end of this month, April 22-24, 2016. It will be located at the NC State Fairgrounds at the Jim Graham and Expo Center. Finch Pottery Open House 2015

Finch Pottery Open House is on Sunday November 8, 2015 this year. It starts at 10:00am and last till 5:00pm. The yearly open house is a popular event when Dan opens his pottery workshops for all to visit and enjoy. This year he will have over 60 potters at his open house event. It’s a fun-filled event with shopping, pottery demonstrations, music, fun and food. There are pottery demonstrations, live music, shopping and food. Even kid’s activities like face painting and Santa’s Workshop. It’s a great place to buy functional pottery for the home or kitchen as well as pottery for home or garden decor. More shopping items includes jewelry, wall hangings and sculpture. And this year there will be music by the Southern Star Band. Free admission and parking!

Finch Pottery Open House 2015

Dan Finch is a well-known potter that works in stoneware, porcelain, wood-fired, salt-glazed, and raku pottery. Finch Pottery and Nursery is located near Bailey, NC. He was Director of the North Carolina Pottery Center and a former President of the Village of Yesteryear at the North Carolina State Fair. He also runs a pottery school at his studio. He also has Finch Homes for Bluebirds and has a blueberry farm.

Finch Pottery Open House in Bailey is a great way to spend a cold November Sunday afternoon sipping hot chocolate and shopping with family and friends for those unique holiday gifts while exploring a famous potters workshop.
