The 20th annual East Carolina Arts Festival and NC Decoy Carving Championships will be held Feb. 6-8, 2015 in Washington, North Carolina. Events include Wildlife art exhibits, the NC Decoy Carving Championships, two national carving championships, the NC duck stamp competition, sportsman tent, arts show and sale, waterfowl calling competition, NC estuarium programs, Wildlife Resources Commission, a dinner and auction, and fun activities for the kids.
