NC Peach Festival In Candor In July
It’s summer and summer time fruit is abundant in the state. A fresh juicy peach is a favorite for many in North Carolina. So the NC Peach Festival in Candor, North Carolina would be a great festival to go to. It takes place on July 18, 2015 at Fitzgerald Park in Candor starting at 10:00 in the morning until 5:00 that afternoon. There will be music, food, vendors, games, rides and plenty of peaches. The Band of Oz will be the special musical guest this year playing everybody’s favorite music!

This year will be the 19th annual NC Peach Festival. Each year just keeps getting bigger and better. It starts with a parade of local floats, firetrucks, cars, and more. Make sure to bring your lawn chairs so you can relax and watch all the fun. There will be a lot of live entertainment including The Band of Oz, The Sand Band, Mr. DeWayne Hill, and the McKenzie Brothers. The NC Peach Festival is fun for the whole family. Good food to eat, shopping, kids activities like Bounce Zone, Zip-Line, Magician, Petting Zoo, Rock Wall and camel and pony rides. Even the adults can get in on the fun with Zip-Line, Mechanical Bull, Gaming Trailer, Helicopter Rides, Putt-Putt, and more!!! There is even a cooking contest! Friday night the NC Peach Festival will have their 5th Annual Peachy Feet 5K which is open to all levels of runners.
