The Spring Hope Pumpkin Festival 2015
The Spring Hope Pumpkin Festival 2015 is held on the first weekend of October every year. This year it is October 2-3, 2015. This will be the 44th year of the festival. The festival kicks off Friday night October 2nd with the band LIQUID PLEASURE performing. More fun Friday night include dancing, food, and fun for all ages. Saturday downtown Spring Hope turns into one big party with arts and crafts, food, games, and carnival rides for the kids. Just announced is the grand marshal for this year – Lynda Loveland from WRAL!
Spring Hope Pumpkin Festival Oct. 2-3, 2015
Saturday morning at 11:00am there will be a Corn Hole Tournament in downtown Spring Hope. Saturday afternoon is the Spring Hope Pumpkin Festival Parade. There is when the Miss Pumpkin Festival Pageant and Little Miss Pageant winners are crowned and take their place on the float.There is also a recipe contest and the great pumpkin weigh-in. Everyone will enjoy the annual Spring Hope Pumpkin Festival activities and competitions, food, crafts and more! Gather the family and some friends and attend the Spring Hope Pumpkin Festival the first weekend of October. Last year more than 20,000 people attended the festival. The weather is cooler, the days are shorter and fall is here!
